Hi there, my name is Corie! I'm a Certified Strength Coach who's dedicated to helping women gain strength and confidence both in and out of the gym. I’ve been working with women and men alike for over seven years now, helping hundreds become stronger in their everyday life.
I have been apart of the fitness community for over 20 years, finding that it gives me both peace of mind and the ability to carry all of my groceries from my car to my home in one trip!🤪
Years ago, I found my passion for helping others and it completely changed my course in life. I decided to look deeper into training and became a Certified Personal Trainer. I worked one-on-one with clients helping them achieve their goals and learn to love the gym as much as me! The longer I trained, the more I grew to find that this was what I was meant to do.
Shortly after I certified in nutrition, knowing that what you eat plays one of the largest roles of any fitness objective. I want others to have a healthy and happy relationship with food. So I take the Intuitive Approach to eating, while also balancing what nutrients your body needs.
As strength became my favorite way to train, it was clear that I needed to develop my skills further and later became a Certified Strength Coach.
While strength training is what fulfills me, that's not always the case for others. My number one goal is to support other women in reaching their aspirations!
